    It looks like a few small holders took a sudden dive after that last announcement. They've left quite a few gaps, but even without the gaps, the volume is very low. I wouldn't be surprised if this is pushed back to 22-25c with just a roadshow. There are just not that many people watching this, but hopefully that changes in the next few months with some bigger announcements.
