    Very impressive presentation and summation by the new managing director.

    They have definitely made an excellent choice of MD - well done.

    Superb management is the biggest key, which HXG now has. This will make the company more attractive to the many funds who value strong experienced management above all else.

    I'm very happy with this strategic direction and management, and the upcoming progress.

    It's one of those stocks to buy on the dip. And I will.
