The judge's decision was handed down on Friday gone - finding that both the MRA and the Minister followed due process in not recommending/ renewing the EL. There's more to it than that of course and the latest gossip is that IDC/Summit are preparing an appeal. That might explain why they haven't gone to the ASX yet, but irrespective they're not meeting their disclosure obligations to ASX and shareholders yet again ..
