IDC are surely a dead duck...

their management team no longer exists. ​

the share price is shot to pieces.  the Kare landowners are unhappy with IDC .  IDC themselves don't have the development money. the PNG authorities have now spent two years in court spending money they don't have to contest with a company that doesn't have the money to develop anyway. And if the judge's decision goes against them they will surely move to an appeal, come back in another 2 years .. oh and the chief creditor for IDC already has two other applications submitted for the licence... Really not very promising!
