My reading of the announcement:
In reality the WG transaction was terminated long ago when IGS failed to obtain funding. In my opinion IGS will not get the $200,000 plus advanced. Why should WG make the refund? WG has moved on seeking a USA listing.
Monies from Santa Fe will be peanuts in the scheme of things.
My money is still on new funds sourced from Sage. Who else would advance cash?
Sage likes lithium and gold so do not be surprised on the new asset. Both in vogue at present.
Debt conversion.....thats Con Note holders i suspect.
Moving at a snails pace unfortunately however its not dead and buried. Directors need fees and benefits.
