    So Jane was pushed..... And didn't jump! Everyone is distancing themselves from Pete and Jane! I think it will not be that easy to do.

    The way it's worded makes me think that Travis was asked to leave due to "his increasing work commitments" Note the words "has also agreed to resign"

    "In addition, the Board also confirms that Jane Flegg, current IGS Company Secretary, has also agreed to resign her positon with the Company."

    Subtle admission? But then I might be reading something into it that is not there.
