Been watching it. The small order can be a trading system. I think the HUB system seeks to average purchase pricing so if you are on their platform it seems to do smaller parcels. I would not be surprised if there was another offer but in reality if Top owns 18.66% and the other part of went into OVH they would have around 23% above 25% they could block any EQT offer as they would not accept it...
I personally think that the reason it has become more of a possible OVH trade is that its now August - no other party has made a counter offer. Both OVH and DVA seem to be putting out info that suggests its heading towards the merger/ takeover. If I wanted a stake in OVH I would now be prepared to take up a stake via DVA. The discount would have to be at least 10%. The current discount is below 10% so I am also wondering why this is happening and the volumes seem to suggest they have got more parties selling the stock. maybe its so that TOP can get to 19.99% and OVH get to above say 6% then they are safe. They are not acting in concert as each has a different agenda.
All I know is that we are keeping all of ours...
