Well at least we have been told some information about the company we own shares in but only as much as what CTL Directors, management and major share holders want us to know.

  The A1 mine. The diagrams and drill results plainly show what grades to expect as they mine deeper. 5.5 maybe 6g/t which in itself is nothing to crow about but so long as it's enough to pay for the continuation of the decline down to the old 2300 level I would be happy enough with that. The A1 has been mined for the best part of the last 140 years and the easy to get gold has been got. Yes I am captain obvious. It is the virgin ground below 2300 level that the prize will be (I really and truly hope from the bottom of my empty pockets).

  Maybe in a year or so we will be deep enough to get some drill results of what gold grades are below 2300 level? Its sit back and wait.

  We have all seen the diagrams that show what to expect as we get deeper at the A1 mine, in this last announcement from CTL. We should also have been supplied detailed information of what to expect at Union Hill Gold Mine in a similar manner 3D diagrams, maps, drill and assay results of the g/t and geology. Instead we got nothing. Nuda. Jack FN shite on what to base our decisions on when or if we decide to participate in this FN credit raising.

  Does anyone really believe that we are getting the same information of what is going on at Union Hill Gold Mine as the privileged few shareholders at the top and their lackeys? Of course we are not.

  We are being fed selective information, not the full story in detail. At the A1 they saw fit to release results from the 36m sludge hole drilling campaign but nothing, no drill assay results from Union Hill Mine. There must be drill assay results from the Union Hill Mine even if they are only in the 30 meter or so range.

For us smaller shareholders not to be given the same information as the largest few shareholders is criminal.

I will try and get some legal advice and unless I'm told otherwise I think a Class Action is a realistic consideration .
