That was a good update. Much clearer picture of what the company is doing, despite it going so slowly.
Interesting to note that they mention the possibility of a full asset sale. Is that the first time?
As much as some people want to see the coal mine developed, I think in this current market Hodges best strategy would be a full asset sale of their coal. Not sure how much they would get, but if they can get the 1m for Ghana assets and 3m refund as well, we would have a cashed up company with a small amount of shares on issue. Ideally, they would be simultaneously searching for an advanced project to acquire. IMO, being a cashed up shell company would be the best way to go at this point in time.
That's all IMO. Some might think it's a bad idea, but I can't see anyway of HDG advancing to build a mine at this stage. Not just because of money requirements, but also in an acceptable time frame.
