Shortly they will announce the CR price, then IMO, prior to the CR closing date, they will release some legendary assay results from the recent drilling at Langi Logan and/or Tandarra to wet investors appetites, which will then ensure that they will raise the full $ amount pronto.
People will then want to buy more NML as they will have missed out on the CR and the SP will shoot up.
Hopefully the pending results will be superb, hence the timing of the CR!
I also wouldn't be surprised to see one of our major share holders take a larger stake in our company through this raising. SBA did this with CYL last year.
