My view is that with TEG now having a 45% stake NWE  has basically become a paper tiger  with Xanadu- I am sure that TEG and Tamarind could decide to drill without 3D. The approval process is pathetic. What Gov needs to understand is to MAKE a DECISON> Good bad , indifferent , people need to know where they stand so they can move on. Unfortunately Labor Governments have a propensity that the best decision to make is no decision. Small target strategies are their thing. If I was TEG , they've got to find the right lobbyist or mediator to break though here. The only thing Gov and the process is creating currently, is uncertainty which is no good to anybody. AS for Seals , Crays, Sea Slugs and King Neptune - Tech is such a 3D would cause little or no disruption.
