Unknown as to whether NWE is to blame, gov department or both. TEG's most recent submission also ended up as On Hold Further Info Req so a change in document controller isnt a guaranteed win. 3C cash position unknown but NWE is certainly more desperate for a win than TEG so any suggestion they're less frustrated than we are seems amiss. NB: Until recently their holding was larger than ours. And on that note, with a 45% stake I'm sure TEG could push for a drill if they were ready to give up on 3D. Besides maximising output, I understand protecting seals is of more concern than usual in the basin.
