    Okay I was basing mine off the lower MC of $30.6m and historical 2018 annual revenues of $4.5m.

    That brings it down to 6.8.

    I'm pretty confident given contracted revenues that they will earn $4.5m us to June 2019.

    Recurring revenue is fine to use but there are plenty of other short term contracts still in place.
