I am aware of resistance and support levels, and to me 1.6c = 8c post consol'n was a potential resistance price level, but more so 1.4c pre-consol 7c post-consol. To me, those resistance levels were quickly smashed, and 8c should in turn become a support level.
My 'resistance! where?' comment was sort of 'tongue-in-cheek'. Of course there are going to be levels of resistance.
