Here are a few key excerpts that highlight his underlying frustrations which we rarely see

“When we made the discovery they thought we were never going to make another discovery,” he said.
“Now we’ve made another discovery they’re saying, well you’ll never make another one.

“The market is an animal, the market is a beast,”

At some stage, he will need to pull the trigger on strategic moves within the adjoining neighborhood but I think he may have missed the boat on some key ones already!

That will probably be making him even more frustrated right now............
