I think you will find the depth is 211 to 212. There are 50 increments from 175 to 225. The 7% are 13 and 14 up from 225 which puts them at 211 to 212. (I am a quantity surveyor and I do this for a living - read and measure plans and maps).
But I can't answer your question as to the important other than guess it could be a vein, but that flies in the face of everything that has been said - but again I am not an expert. But you have better knowledge than me.
