Excuse me. How is a corporate presentation incompetence personified?
It's simply an exposition of the company's position for those interested. Your position is like saying a person reading a book out loud is incompetence personified. You've got a major chip on you shoulder but using three exclamation marks brings attention to it.

As my brother said, "if you go into a meeting and you have no idea what's going on that's one thing but opening you mouth and letting everyone know that's another. (I'll forego the exclamation marks).
