I think, If you asked Tom about grade uplift, he would tell you it's something not to be relyed apon. Stacpoole was used as an example to confirm this theory earlier this year. Grade uplift is more likely to occur in higher grade ore rather than lower grade ore.
Tom and his crew have learned from past mistakes and will have a really good go at RoD and MS picking up what others have missed. Beginning with RoD and Maxwell's IMO.
