Holders have seen the share price ramped and sold repeatedly (clever work, to whoever is responsible).
We may be in another of these episodes or this time it may be ON!
For anyone with certain knowledge of permit approval, the temptation to accumulate would be enormous. So we watch this like hawks.
A ~20% leg up to ~90c breaks the long term downtrend - well within the realms of possibility.
We shall see.
