Sorry to hear you are out because i believe permit grant very close. I have been in since 2013 and i am not letting this go. A green light should take the price to $1-50 and then slowly creep up once initial selling is complete. A take over bid is almost a certainty. The slow workings of the Spanish government are to blame not Highfield ,they have done all they can from their end. The long painful wait we will be over soon.
