    I don't get why you think OBL losing operatorship is such a bad thing. They don't lose ANY of their interest and no one thinks they've been good operators of the company so why in heck would REY taking control make things any worse for OBL holders? It could potentially make things better. There are work plans they've agreed to for next year and something has to start happening. REY or OBL, who cares as long as a drill is in the ground?
