I agree but we're also in a murderous oil price environment, OBL are barely solvent and there is a good chance they'll consolidate and dilute in a couple of months too if nothing comes through. I don't know. It's a crap market, nothing is really working as it should - Where did all the BESBS etc go etc? But yes, you'd probably expect something more than the little bites that have taken it from .2 to .4c.
*shrugs* At the very least we know SOMETHING will change in that REY will take over in 20 days if nothing else.
