You make some good points. In theory It's hard to disagree with you. What doesn't add up though is the lack of interest in OBL by the market. There is always insiders who know the truth before the market does. The lack of liquidity means something.

Negotiations with a Chinese partner appear to be a long way off any result if lack of market interest is any guide. Not one share sold/bought today on the ASX. Very encouraging it's not.

If negotiations start to look encouraging this management team who have mentioned in the past about keeping the market informed better start doing what they say and hopefully somebody will buy a few shares. I certainly won't be topping up at any price until I believe there is a realistic chance of success.
