This seams like a a decent company that have a lot of skin in the game of oil. 30% of funds was put up by the directors and they currently have 180 m shares on offer, with another 40 m options.
I'm not very good at working out if companies are fair value yet, but it seams like they are going after about 500 mil out of these wells.
That's just off the top of my head so please don't read into much.
I'm going to keep my eye on this little one.
