Well we've seen the share price of CLA more than double in the last month and rerating significantly on positive results!
I expect TAR to follow suit in coming months as we prove up a high grade Cobalt deposit close to surface in the DRC.

How quickly will other ASX Cobalt stocks move to production? Most of them won't be producing until at least 2020 at the earliest!
I can see TAR producing a small scale mining operation at Mwilu by September 2018.
The area is currently being mined at shallow levels by artisanal miners who are providing cobalt ore to the Consortium, the sale of which is used to fund ongoing development projects in the Lualaba Province. The Company is in discussions with the vendors of Mwilu for possible early stage production at shallow levels on the two projects.
Grades shown below from recent trenching assay results show how profitable small scale mining could be with Cobalt currently prices at US$91,750/ tonne.
