No solid sign yet, but real estate companies openly admit that they will not pop more into urban development, their focus is shifting to home improvement. Historically, every 60 calendar years, there was something terribly wrong in China. Last time was the great jump which killer 40m people in China due to lack of farmers. The one before was the lose of qing dynasty.
With tencent, there is no major title this year, i dont expect its earning to jump like last year. Are you bullish on Faang-bat? I am having a very bearish view at the moment and i feel its hard to see whats laying ahead.
