most cfd allow you to short selected stocks, but if no one is buying, you cant short it as individual. Example would be rfg, I tried to short it, but I cant open an position on that bad news day lol.
I think nov isn't moving high due to tencent earning melt down and nov chairman has a history of rewardle (I lost all on that one!)
Hence, nov need to prove its power to earning, not just revenue in my opinion.
With tencent earning sliding, wechat pay might have trouble withdraw money and people might panic !?
