There are plenty of companies that don't pay dividends.. they reinvest the profits back into the business and continue to grow their business profits. The share price increases to reflect the profit growth.
I wasn't aware of any ASX requirement for listed companies to pay a dividend ??? maybe some one else is?
A challenge with XPD could be to find good ways to invest the cash to increase the business profits.
