In regards to being able to pay dividends wouldn't the easy thing to do be sell the shoes in other countries to raise the funds for it? Aus would be obvious, I'd say America but maybe not with current tariffs but maybe other nearby Asian countries? Then we don't need to be able to extract funds out of China. Or is it not that simple? This may be a completely ridiculous idea and never work - I don't know...
