I totally agree with your entire post, all these questions I too have been thanking about.
past experience has shown me that sometime you think you are waiting for good news but if fact the longer one waits the worse news is sometimes. I am wondering if PAX will end up with say 5% or 10% of the project and have many many shares on issue.
