I agree wholeheartedly with your sentiments, it's also a NO from me unless any real progress is made before EGM.

We simply would not get enough cash from DV to make any meaningful difference at current SP.

I believe in geothermal, I believe in Panax and I believe in KP however it's time for results not more promises.

I also resent the fact that some blow in financier can make a profit whilst us long term genuine investors are far in the red.
