Ann: Corporate and Project Update , page-17

Seems I've rattled some cages, I'll lay it out there I own 17M approx 2.4% of company and paid north of $200K accumulating them.

I have participated in the last 2 Capitol Raisings the shares I bought in last years CR at 2c are down to 10% of their original value and the ones I purchased this year ot 0.7c are down to 28%, not happy Jan.

I get annoyed when Deer Valley get 78.84M, 11.3% of company or $120K, contrary to the conditions shareholders were informed of.

Yes I bought this week and will probably buy more in fact if Panax would like to give me 50M shares I'll give them $50K tomorrow.

I do not want the company to go to the wall and I am sure there are enough shareholders out there who will pass the resolution.

I do however want to exercise some influence and let management know we want better information, give us a serious progress report on PPA's are we 20% or 70% of the way through the process, give us an approximate date when we expect completion. Give us a date of when we can expect funding, ballpark will do and don't tell us we have agreed to sell shares at 86% of market then give them away for 33% without an explanation.
