Ann: Corporate and Exploration Update , page-5

I am curious to hear people's opinion on Dominic's role in the company. My understanding is that he was the driving force behind it to begin with, but the announcements recently move him first from Managing Director to President, then the most recent announcement states he is resigning as an executive but will retain a non-executive director role and provide consulting services.

Almost seems like he has been pushed aside even though he started the whole thing. I assume he still has a substantial share holding but it seems odd that he seems to be significantly less relevant to the company.

What are people's thoughts?
