Pak given until Saturday (?) 18/2 to deposit funds, and if that happens it will be announced immediately. However, the company intends to make an announcement on the 24th....
So the first 1.5 paragraphs tells us what we already know. The next half paragraph tells us we're still at Pak's mercy, and the last paragraph tells us the board doesn't think the deal will go ahead.
