I don't doubt you were fed information about a second investor, whether they exists is the big question. I have been in the game long enough and have seen the extent people go to close a deal so I am very skeptical especially if the information is to a SH.
I gave GMC the benefit of the doubt when they announced the 'imminent' transfer of funds and was going to do the same if they told the truth this announcement. Instead they're still forcing through a deal Pak has rejected long ago! Even you have to agree that the deadline of 18th and next announcement on 24th is ridiculous.
