if there is going to be any sort of delay for the shipping of the smelters in my opinion it is time for a quick cash raise even at heavily discounted prices and we move on with or without the cornerstone investors. no point in waiting for cornerstone investor 2 if they are waiting for PAK. time to end the gridlock and try and create value.
