15/11/16 -Binding term sheet with Pak Marthen for investment of US$10 mill.
for 10% of P.T Gulf with 12 mth option to invest further US $10 mill. for addit 10 %
Now here's the interesting/scary bit
Following the signing of this agreement Pak Marthen HAS BEEN APPOINTED PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER OF P.T GULF.
No mention of this appointment being conditional on funds being received!!!!!
No announcement subsequently of appointment being rescinded !!!
O.K. Management-assuming further delays tomorrow, SURELY AN EXPLANATION
& FULL DISCLOSURE TO SHAREHOLDERS IS WARRANTED
