Now, if a philanthropic type investor doesn't think this is worth $100M US (10% for 10M US), what guess do you think a rational profit driven investor is going to place on this.
Without Pak the only value GMC will retain its by doing a CR by those that believe in "world class management" and "world class manganese project" in indonesia with all those sovereign risks. But the current share price is currently premised on a value/deal that is not happening. This increases the risk of raising money through a CR and risk of ever having a functional project.

I'm out of my depth am I? When AZZ went into suspension crude prices had already fallen from $60 down to $44 when suspended and sunk to $30. The deal was never going to happen.
