I was communicating with a contact from ASIC in relation to AZZ well before the administrators were appointed. If you look trawl through the AZZ threads you will find my concerns, most of which are now being investigated (and appear to have merit).

I am sure there are others (including LOTM) and the current administrators that contributed supporting information, but I certainly did my part.

I'm really hoping GMC doesn't have to suffer a similar faith, but if it comes to it, I will ensure that the actions (or inactions) of the Directors are brought to account.

The hunt for a case begins on the 16th of Feb for me (though these are completely different circumstances). However, if there is a potential breach, I will find it.
