@tt2000 might have more information than you. On the AZZ threads I noted at the time that even had additional complaints been made, or ASIC had chosen to investigate regardless of public concerns at the very least tt2000 would have added to the cause. Who knows exactly how much influence he (she?) had but at least they did something.
