You don't need a trading halt to release information on a dry hole.
Note the reason for the Trading Halt....."release of drilling results"
If the information was available last Friday, it should have been released last Friday.
What has changed between finding out it was a dry hole last Friday....to being released on Monday?
You can not by magic, reverse a drill hole that Geos from the Operator had declared already!!!
