And now, based on what I received, it appears that they are wanting us to vote on some resolutions at the Annual and Special Meetings of Shareholders.

Interesting enough though, we cannot vote for anything else but what they have put forward to us. That is that we are only been given/afforded two choices:

1) To vote for what they recommend, or
2) To abstain from voting.

No against votes for ay of their recommendations allowed...............Not a single one. We are only allowed to vote for or against in three useless resolutions, nothing more. We cannot, or better still, we are not allowed to vote against any of the nominations for those Directors............You can't even vote against the amount of Directors they have chosen to seat in that Boardroom. What a total waste of time and money that is.....After all, anyone voting will just waste their time too because the decision was already been made before that proxy was sent out to the shareholders............

Job for the boys...........Now, if that is what is called Democracy, well I prefer the Socialist style of voting then.

Now, was that part of the deal as well where we, here is OZ, would have no say at all a what was going on.?? I can't recollect but I can stand correcting if I am proven wrong.

I wonder if ASIC and/or the ASX will consider that proxy to be valid.........................MMhhhhh!!!!!
