I spoke to Alastair the other day, and he was very conscious of missing deadlines. He is slightly frustrated with some delays, but most are well and truly out of URL's hands.

Putting that aside, he was very confident with the numbers, and the project, and the Finnish Govt is keen to get on board.

All in all, things are proceeding well, just not without the odd hiccup here and there.

As frustrated as I am about delays (and this doesnt just go for URL) there are reasons and opportunities to be taken from these circumstances. As a general rule, I have pretty much given up on expecting specific timing targets to be met, nobody seems to be able to meet them anymore. I will just sit back and patiently await the DFS results. No point stressing.
