Neither am I and neither are the Board I suspect hence the call to dig in and renegotiate the original agreement and get traction on turfing the gold rights clause out the door and rightly so.

Well done to the new RNI Board in my view. Bet they too also scratched their respective heads when they did a page turn on that original agreement and came across that gem of a clause!

Prudent approach to what could otherwise become very troublesome down the road and also scare off investor interest in the interim which its probably been doing.

Now the real interest for RNI holders, apart from the pending DD programme, is SFR's announcement re Monty and the way forward.

Makes for very interesting reading and pondering......
