This is the contract! Ref 15/9/15 EGM Notice.

4. Resolution 4 – Approval for the Issue of Shares to BBGO for Acquisition of the Chunderloo Copper-Gold Project.
To consider and,if thought fit, to pass as an ordinary resolution: “That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes, the Shareholders hereby approve the issue of 25,000,000 Shares to BBGO (a wholly owned subsidiary of Metals X) or its nominee(s) by way of consideration for an acquisition announced to the ASX on 31 July 2015 and as more fully described in the Explanatory Statement accompanying this Notice."

Yesterday's ann was the culmination of that passed Resolution.

This had/has nothing to do with the 1st RoF. This Resolution stood by itself too.

Somehow, WGX and RNI reached a new agreement on the release of the RoF as I thought I had fully explained yesterday.

Also remember that it was MLX at the time which was a combo of base and precious.
