"Disappointing results to be honest. Gotta expect that in this game and get on with it. Need to move onto the next drilling targets"
I thought is was to be expected. The Cu-Au ore shoots in the Ironstone do not go 90deg vertically up. They are on an angle to vertical within the main structure Ironstone Structure and thus drilling directly below a good result usually delivers a different result.
As for the SE Anomaly ....................... it depends on whether there is microscopic gold associated with the pyrite as well as the Mo and any REE's.
Although I have only a vague knowledge of pyrite, my past reading on the matter has led to believe that there are several situations in which pyrite and "invisible gold" can occur.
That said, I have no idea yet as to what the assays will disclose, thus to go on about pyrite and the multiple possibilities seems a little too close to walking down the "pump & dump" path.
Probably best to discuss the second hole once we get the results back.
Also, not that I have enough data to work out a JORC style deposit estimate, I don't think it will be anywhere near as disappointing as the share price seems to indicate.
Anyway, I guess we wait.
