re: Ann: Cooper Energy / Zeta Farm-In Terms U... I was actually encouraged the KEY board did not agree to this straight off.
It remains to be seen if a new agreement can be reached, possibly a complicated process due to COE involvement and demand for a cap raising prior, but if anyone has any alternative plans and projects to put to KEY in a similar reverse list (which major S.H seem open to), now would be the time to put together a proposal.
You never know. In a couple of weeks time this deal may have been shelved and then all options are on the table again. But clearly this is going to be used as a shell going forward. A gas disc in Nyuni-2 will just improve the terms of any shell proposal for KEY S/H.
