However what does this mean towards todays VOTING?
This is messy and just explains why Dennis and Ken are unfit to run this company it seems they are hopeless at negotiating.
We don't need Zeta Board we have cash Zeta has Debt of $2million get rid of this rubbish proposal and start working on a better deal.
