I am sure the new directors will be very happy with 300,000$ salary plus setting up consultancy company that would take another 500,000$ from time to time. No wonder we ended up drilling for oil in Western Austral + doing the UK workover for the second time and charge shareholders for HZ twice.
If possible, I want to suggest a friend of mine as a director and I will provide consultancy for key.
