What I do know is that if KEY were in real trouble financially, they would have rolled over and accepted the revised deal. They haven’t, so you have to ask why? All will be out shortly. We all know the Zeta deal was a shocker, and the fact Zeta tried to get one over KEY right at the death speaks volumes for Zeta’s management credibility. I agree with you, we are just so lucky not to have Zeta running our company.
